Your health plan coverage won’t start until you make your first premium payment. Pay it before you go to the doctor, fill a prescription or use any plan benefits.
Each month you will get a bill for your premium. You can use your health benefits as long as you keep your payments current. Your payment keeps your coverage active.
Log in to Blue Access for Members^SM for payment options and up to date claim details.

Online Payments

Log in to your BAM account and select Billing and Payments. You’ll be redirected to a secure website to pay with a credit or debit card.

Auto Bill Pay

Log in to your BAM account to set up recurring monthly payments. Select Payments and Billing to manage Auto Bill Pay. You can also call Customer Service toll free at 855-258-8471.
Keep in mind, credit cards cannot be used for auto bill pay.

Pay by Phone

To make a one-time payment:

Call Customer Service at 855-258-8471 and choose Make a Payment.
Have your BCBSMT member ID number, bank routing number and bank account number ready.
