And then redirected back to the login page?&nbsp; (where the only option is to re enter the credentials that are invalid.&nbsp; I am here because Blue Cross Blue Sheild Customer Service Model Stresses me OUT!&nbsp; How many different phone numbers does BCBS have?&nbsp; How many different sets of credentials do you have to have to sign into all of the accounts (Ins./Healthy Rewards/OTC/Healthmine/etc. ?&nbsp; Does BCBS even log or track or document interactions with customers to evaluate the effectiveness of their customer service?&nbsp; What happens to all the surveys they collect?&nbsp; Are the aggregated results available to the public?&nbsp; How often has the State Auditdor/Insurance Commissioner sanctioned BCBSMT this year, in the past 5 years?&nbsp;</p><img src="https://connect.bcbsmt.com/aggbug?PostID=775&AppID=2&AppType=Weblog&ContentType=0" width="1" height="1">
