Like the others, this system will not let me in. My daughter spent an hour on the phone with Blue Cross trying to get into her account, with no success. She's having the same problem here. I agree that there are too many different BCBS websites and passwords. How about ONE website with a tab for Rewards, a tab for claims, a tab for finding providers, a tab for.... etc.

What good does it do to do the healthy actions if you can't access the website to redeem the rewards!

Is the site a bad joke? Too many different BC(BS) websites, too many passwords, and the site for rewards doesn't seem to work. Maybe Humana next year.

System won't let me registrar for the rewards program. I received the information through the mail, your website is NOT very user friendly to the older generation that already struggles with computers anyway. I guess I'll pass to getting signed up!
