Be Covered Can Help You Understand Your Options

Be Covered Can Help You Understand Your Options

More than 50,000 people in Montana go without health insurance each year.  As the largest insurer in Montana, we know that one big reason many people go without is that they don’t understand what it means to their health and their wallet.

We recently launched Be Covered, an education and outreach campaign aimed at helping the uninsured understand why health insurance is important.

If you are uninsured, Be Covered is here to help.

  • We can help you make choices about what health plan works best for you and your family.
  • We can make clear how financial aid works and see if you can get help with premiums and out-of-pocket costs. More than 60 percent qualify for financial aid.
  • We’ll also guide you on how to use your coverage once you get it.

Be Covered also works with community groups, schools, places of worship, and community leaders to hold health fairs and enrollment clinics in areas where there are many people who are uninsured and underinsured.
