With the Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Montana 24/7 Nurseline, Blue Cross Medicare AdvantageSM members can talk to a registered nurse at any time. That’s right. You can call us 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year.
Dial 800-631-7023/TDD 711. You’ll reach a registered nurse. Your nurse will listen, ask you the right questions and make sure you get answers. Our experienced nurses help Medicare members with a wide variety of health issues, including:
If you just want general information, Nurseline gives you access to an audio library of more than 1,000 health topics, with 600 of them in Spanish.
Remember, if you have a medical emergency, it’s best to call 911 for immediate help. Nurseline is not intended to replace the care of your doctor. It can, though, help you decide if you should call a doctor, go to the ER, visit an urgent care or a retail health clinic, or treat the problem yourself.
When you call, have your member ID card handy. Add this number to the contact list on your phone or write it down and keep it on your refrigerator:
