New telephone customer service options help make it easier to get the information you need about your Blue Cross Medicare AdvantageSM plan. Now, at the touch of a button, you can get information about your plan at your convenience – right from your phone.
Through the touch menu options you can easily perform a handful of new tasks without waiting on hold for the next customer service representative.
When you call the customer service number on the back of your member ID card, you will be asked to confirm your identity, helping us to serve you quickly. You’ll be asked to enter the following information:
Once you’ve confirmed your identity, you can select the help you need from the menu offered.
At any point during your call you can also choose to speak with a customer service representative if any issues occur.
In addition to the options available when you call, you can also visit our Blue Cross Medicare Advantage Member Services page to find drug tiers and search for providers. Visit the Plan Documents page to find documents specific to your Blue Cross Medicare Advantage plan, like the Evidence of Coverage (EOC) and Annual Notice of Change (ANOC).
