New Telephone Customer Service Options

New telephone customer service options help make it easier to get the information you need about your Blue Cross Medicare AdvantageSM  plan. Now, at the touch of a button, you can get information about your plan at your convenience – right from your phone.

What You Can Do

Through the touch menu options you can easily perform a handful of new tasks without waiting on hold for the next customer service representative.

  • Verify eligibility
  • Check claim status
  • Order a replacement member ID card
  • Confirm key mailing addresses and fax numbers

How It Works

When you call the customer service number on the back of your member ID card, you will be asked to confirm your identity, helping us to serve you quickly. You’ll be asked to enter the following information:

  • Your ID number WITHOUT the letters (please keep your member ID card handy for the call. This information is right on the front.)
  • Your birthdate
  • Your ZIP code

Once you’ve confirmed your identity, you can select the help you need from the menu offered.

Speak to a Customer Service Representative

At any point during your call you can also choose to speak with a customer service representative if any issues occur.
