Welcome:
With all the health information online these days, it’s good to know you have a source for interesting and accurate articles. And it also feels good to know that you can ask questions and have a real person on the other end getting the right answers for you. Our Connect community is a place where you can talk, share and learn. It’s designed to help you stay up to date on health care topics that interest you and find information that’s relevant to your concerns, while connecting with others in the community to share advice and information.

Community Guidelines:
We value the opportunity to care for our members. That’s why we’re excited to have this dialogue with you. To make this online community a positive experience for all, we have to follow a few rules. While we want to foster healthy discussion, we may occasionally remove posts or block users that don’t fit our community guidelines. Because BCBSMT Connect is a public page and anyone can participate, we cannot be responsible for views expressed other than our own.

We expect all users to:

  • Use common courtesy and be respectful of others
  • Never publicly post personal or confidential information
  • Stay on topic
  • Submit your own original content and give credit when something you post wasn’t created by you, as we will always do the same

Customer Service Inquiries:
If you are a member with a question about your BCBSMT plan, you can contact our customer advocate team by sending a private message to “Ask BCBSMT Connect” here on this site. Be sure not to include any personal information in your public post. You may also receive assistance with claims, benefits and other plan inquiries through these channels:

Moderation Policies:
Connect is moderated by BCBSMT employees. All comments and posts will be reviewed to ensure that they comply with our policies. The following types of content will be removed from the page: spam, personal attacks against other users and expletives. Off-topic or inflammatory posts, posts that are contrary to our organization's values, advertisements and solicitations will also be removed. Please note:

  • All users should avoid sharing protected health information in public posts.
  • BCBSMT reserves the right to terminate or suspend the access of any user to the community without prior written notice or consent for violations of community guidelines.
