The Well onTarget member portal is your link to innovative programs, personalized tools and other resources on our convenient, secure website. And now it has a new look and easier access to the tools you use the most.

Easier to Use Member Portal

In addition to the fresh look, you’ll notice a few items may be in different places. Don’t worry, all of the features and tools you use are still there. But now they’re easier to use.

The updated design offers better connection to tools that can help you decide what you should do next for your health and wellbeing. You can more easily and quickly check your wellbeing journey, review your recommendations and progress, and sign up and explore programs and activities.

Already in the middle of a program? Not a problem. If you started a program, you have not lost any progress to date — you can pick up right where you left off.

Additional upgrades to the portal:

  • A next-step banner helps you see important messages.
  • An At-a-Glance center provides a Health Journey overview with step-by-step guidance.
  • An improved Health Journey Navigation experience shows journey recommendations and completed activities.
  • A new In Progress section provides one-click access to the challenges and programs you’re participating in.
  • Challenges and Self-Management Programs now have their own cards in the Browse All Activities section.
  • The Browse and Connect Apps and Fitness and Nutrition activity pages have also been redesigned. And you can find Google Fit* in the device/app connection page.

Updated AlwaysOn App

The complimentary AlwaysOn app has been updated with a new user experience, too. These updates include a new dashboard, easier to use menu and updated Challenge pages. If you have access to Blue PointsSM**, you can now redeem them through the app.
