Help is Available for Members Affected by Natural Disasters

Recovering from a natural disaster is never easy. We're here to help our members who have been impacted by events such as tornadoes, hurricanes, earthquakes and severe weather.

If you've been affected by a natural disaster, we can help you:

  • Find a doctor of hospital
  • Refill a prescription if you have Prime Therapeutics
  • Coordinate or transition your care
  • Get a member ID card

If you don't have your BCBSMT member ID card, you can either:

  • Print a temporary card on Blue Access for MembersSM(BAMSM), or
  • Call the Customer Service number for your plan. Provide either your Social Security number or your name and date of birth so that our customer advocates can help you.

Call Customer Service for your plan if you have questions about your coverage, need help finding a doctor or need to order a new member ID card.
