Help is Available for Members Affected by Natural Disasters

Recovering from a natural disaster is never easy. We're here to help our members when tornadoes, hurricanes, earthquakes and severe weather cause havoc.

If you've been affected by a natural disaster, we can help you:

  • Find a doctor of hospital
  • Refill a prescription if you have Prime Therapeutics
  • Coordinate or transition your care
  • Get a member ID card

If you don't have your BCBSMT member ID card, you can:

  • Print or get a digital card on Blue Access for MembersSM
  • Call the Customer Service number for your plan. Provide either your Social Security number or your name and date of birth so a Customer Advocate can help you.
