Where can I see my claims?

Hi! I think I have an outstanding balance from a doctor’s appointment. Where can I see my claims?

Hi Michelle, You can view your claims on your Blue Access account. If you do not have an account yet you can go to https://www.bcbsmt.com/ and select the Log In option and then New User? Register Now. You can then complete the steps to create an account. Once you're logged in to Blue Access you can then click the Claims tab to view your claims. ~ Kayla
