I believe I did get signed in. I am not sure of the "rewards" part was completed correctly so I have no idea if the gift cards will come or not.

Hello, I'm sorry you've had trouble getting signed in. If you could send us a private message, I can have someone help you with this. In regards to your Covid symptoms, you would need to speak with your physician about whether or not you should keep your scheduled appointments. ~ HC
No matter what I do I cannot sign on. Each time I'm blocked access and told to sign up again. I probably have a dozen sign-up attempts. This is getting me nowhere and cluttering up your system. Why can't the two of us make this work efficiently?
I have covid symptoms. I have been testing every other day and each test has been negative. I'm out of test kits. I'm scheduled to get a flu shot on 10-22-22 and a mamogram gram later this month. I'm unsure as to if I should attend the clinic and get the shot.
