I was told I Would receive an explanation of benefits in my BCBS account but I don't see it at all. It was during a stay at the hospital. Where in my account are those documents located please?
I had a little accident when I visited the flower market in Amsterdam in Holland, but I had international coverage activated back then. Maybe the data wasn't transferred to my account?
