I am a new member (my company changed plans from United Healthcare) as of 01/01/2026, and I have not yet received my ID card, so I do not have any existing member ID or group number or anything, yet I need to provide this information right now to a health care provider.  How can I find the required information about my coverage? This seems like the most common and important question, yet I cannot find it anywhere on the BCBSMT site.  Shouldn't I be able to look up my info using my name, employer, SS#, etc. ?
