How do I get claims status without paper statements?
It’s easy! You can view your Explanation of Benefit documents online. To do so, select "go paperless" via our Universal Preference Page. You can request an email or text alert instead of a paper statement when a claim is processed. You’re free to access your claims status online anytime and anywhere — even from your smartphone or tablet. In addition to using less paper, you also help lower your chance of identity theft and health insurance fraud.
Follow these simple steps to go paperless:
- Go to the Communications Page.
- Input your information and then click "Find Your Account." (Have your ID card handy)
- Click on your preferred email address, select "go paperless" and then hit "Save."
