If you have Prime Therapeutics (Prime) as your pharmacy benefits manager, you have mail order and specialty pharmacy service options. You also have convenient tools and 24/7 support.

Your mail order pharmacy services are provided by Express Scripts^® Pharmacy. And specialty pharmacy services are provided by Accredo^®.

Mail Order Pharmacy Services

Getting maintenance medicine for your long-term condition should be as easy as getting a pizza delivered to your doorstep. And it is with Express Scripts^® Pharmacy.

Mail order pharmacy services offer you a safe, convenient way to get your medicine. Instead of having to go to a drug store, your medicine is delivered to your home with free shipping. And a team of pharmacists and support staff are available 24/7 to help you.

You also have convenient tools to help manage your prescriptions:

• Online: Use the member website   to order refills, track orders and more.
• Refill reminders: Set alerts to be sent by phone or email.
• Mobile app: Use the app to refill prescriptions, track orders, set reminders to take medicine and more.
• By phone: Call the pharmacy to order refills, send new prescriptions or ask questions.

Specialty Drug Services

Specialty drugs are used to treat serious or chronic health problems. Members who use specialty drugs deserve the care and support they need to help manage their complex condition. Accredo staff trained in specific conditions offer one-on-one support to help answer questions about your specialty drug therapy. And with Accredo, you’re more likely to be able to fill all of your specialty prescriptions from one pharmacy.

Shipping is free with safe, on-time delivery. Members also have digital tools to help manage these prescriptions through a preferred means of communication:

• Online: Use the member website   to order refills, check order status and track shipments, view order and medicine history, learn more about your condition, and more.
• Mobile app: Use the app to refill and track prescriptions*, make payments, and set reminders to take your medicines.
• By text: Set your communication preferences to get refills*, refill reminders, order and shipment alerts, and more.
• By phone or email: Set your communication preferences to get refill reminders or order and shipment alerts. You can also call Accredo to order refills or get new prescriptions.
