Ingredients: Makes 2 quarts
2 cups sliced watermelon (rind on)
1 1/2 fresh roesmary
Ice
Cold Water
Directions:
- Place watermelon and rosemary in the bottom of a 2-quarter pitcher. Lightly muddle with a wooden spoon to release some the flavor, but don't completely crush.
- Fill the pitcher with ice and water and allow to sit in the refrigerator one hour.
- Strain before serving, if desired.
