Roasted New Potatoes with Rosemary

Ingredients: Makes 9 servings

2 3/4 pounds small new potatoes
2 tablespoons canola oil
1/2 tablespoon chopped garlic
1 tablespoon minced rosemary
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground pepper
1 tablespoon minced parsley

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Toss potatoes in oil, garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Spread in single layer on sheet pan and bake 20 minutes until golden brown and tender. Sprinkle with fresh parsley to garnish.
