Dark Chocolate Bark

Dessert

Ingredients: Makes 15 servings
Base

1 1/4 cup Chocolate morsels
1/2 cup dried Strawberries

Other suggested flavor combinations:
Dark chocolate + 1/2 cup Pepitas, 1/2 tsp dusted Turmeric

White chocolate (reserve 4 TBSP for swirling on top) + 1 TBSP Matcha + 1/2 cup freeze-dried Strawberries

Smoked Almonds + crushed dried Ancho pepper

Directions:

  1. Using a piece of parchment paper, draw a 6 x 7.5 inch rectangle.
  2. Turn the paper over and place it on a sheet pan.
  3. In a microwave safe bowl, pour chocolate chips.
  4. Melt in 15 second intervals, stirring each round until completely melted.
  5. Pour melted chocolate over parchment paper using a rubber spatula.
  6. Evenly shape into a rectangle.
  7. Sprinkle with toppings.
  8. Allow to cool for 1-2 hours until firm.
  9. Break into ~15 pieces.
