Ingredients: Makes 15 servings
Base
1 1/4 cup Chocolate morsels
1/2 cup dried Strawberries
Other suggested flavor combinations:
Dark chocolate + 1/2 cup Pepitas, 1/2 tsp dusted Turmeric
White chocolate (reserve 4 TBSP for swirling on top) + 1 TBSP Matcha + 1/2 cup freeze-dried Strawberries
Smoked Almonds + crushed dried Ancho pepper
Directions:
- Using a piece of parchment paper, draw a 6 x 7.5 inch rectangle.
- Turn the paper over and place it on a sheet pan.
- In a microwave safe bowl, pour chocolate chips.
- Melt in 15 second intervals, stirring each round until completely melted.
- Pour melted chocolate over parchment paper using a rubber spatula.
- Evenly shape into a rectangle.
- Sprinkle with toppings.
- Allow to cool for 1-2 hours until firm.
- Break into ~15 pieces.
