Ingredients: Makes 5 servings
2 cups plain non- fat Greek yogurt
3/4 cup maple syrup
2 tsp. vanilla extract, pure
½ cup chia seeds
2 cups skim milk
2 1/2 cup strawberries, sliced
Directions
- In a bowl, whisk together skim milk, plain yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla and salt. Stir in chia seeds.
- Allow to sit for 30 minutes. Re-stir to redistribute any settled chia seeds. Refrigerate for at least 5 hours or overnight.
- Divide chia seed pudding into 5 portions of 8 fl. oz. and top with ½ cup strawberries.
