Grilled Buffalo Tofu

Ingredients: Makes 10 servings

Vegetarian

1lb, 14oz Tofu, Extra Firm
1/4 tsp Fresh ground black pepper
1/4 cup, 1TBSP Franks Original Hot Sauce
1/4 tsp Kosher salt
2 spray coating Pan cooking spray 

Directions:

  1. Drain water from tofu blocks.
  2. Press between paper towels; best if pressed overnight to allow for moisture to be removed from the tofu (will absorb marinade better).
  3. Combine hot sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well to incorporate. Pour over whole tofu blocks and marinate for at least 2 hours. Set aside left over hot sauce marinade.
  4. Spray hot grill with pan spray. Mark tofu blocks on the grill for about 2 minutes each side. Cut into cubes. Toss with leftover marinade.

*Tofu will be mostly white in color.

1/3 Cup;  Makes: 10 servings
