Ingredients: Makes 6 servings
10 oz Quinoa, cooked
1/2 cup or 1 each Avocado, diced
1/2 cup Strawberries, diced
1 TBSP Lime Juice, fresh
1 TBSP Canola Oil
1/4 tsp Kosher Salt
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
Directions:
- Prepare quinoa according to package instructions. Cool.
- In a bowl, toss together quinoa, avocado, strawberries, lime juice, oil, salt, and pepper.
