Ingredients: Makes 11 Servings
2 TBSP Honey
3/4 oz. Chipotle Peppers, canned
1/8 oz. Garlic Cloves, peeled
3/4 teaspoon Ground Cumin
1/3 cup Lime Juice
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
3/4 cup Canola Oil
1 TBSP Cilantro, chopped
Directions:
- In a blender or using an immersion blender, combine honey, chipotle in adobo, garlic, cumin, lime juice, salt and pepper. Blend until smooth.
- With the blender on medium speed, gradually add oil and blend until emulsified.
- Stir in cilantro.
