Ingredients: Makes 12 Servings
2 LBS Cucumbers, Fresh, Peeled, Thinly Sliced
2 oz Green Onions, Fresh, Thinly Sliced
1 TBSP Sesame Oil
1 TBSP Rice Wine Vinegar
1/2 oz Korean Hot Red Pepper Paste (Gochujang)
1 tsp Kosher Salt
1/2 oz Granulated Sugar
1/8 oz Black Sesame Seeds
1/8 oz Cilantro, Fresh Chopped
Directions:
- Whisk together sesame oil, rice wine vinegar, Korean paste, salt, sugar and sesame seeds. Toss with cucumbers, green onions and cilantro.

Marinate for 10 minutes in refrigerator before serving.
