Lemon Tahini Dressing

Ingredients: Makes 16 Servings

Side dishes

2/3 cup tahini paste
1/3 cup canola oil
2/3 cup water
3/4 tsp salt
2 TBSP ground black pepper
3 TBSP fresh lime juice

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender until emulsified or which together by hand.
  2. Refrigerate up to 1 week.

Serving size:
2 Tablespoons
